The New year 2009 is around the corner and we are facing the same problem again.
Yes, it is the time to raise money for the kids tuition, school attire, books, my own professional affiliation subscription fees and many others.
I guess this is normal to all parents. If I am affected by all these, I wonder how the families from the lower income group manage their finances.
